The chairs display strange darkening, sometimes transparency. Every time I overload the model to a different object, and the shadows with transparency may change

Could you share your package and blend file?
Different items have different material settings and different shaders, so you get different results. Also, the result is different if you export a mesh from s4s and reimport it.

First, split sharp edges. | | Before | After |
Second, I assume you have this problem with transparency. Go to the Warehouse tab > Model LOD > Edit Items... > Phong > Uncheck the Index32 box. Repeat for all Model LODs as well as Model. Studio enables it when you import a mesh whose polycount exceeds a certain number. Hence the rule of 10k. Third (optional), your mesh is very high poly. The fringe has polygons not visible to players that should be removed. Or you could make it from a plane and a texture with an alpha mask: Anyway, save this package in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods, open Studio > Create 3D Mesh, Content — Custom, or/and type its name in the search field. With the Counters shader, your items have a smooth light transition, but also it's more contrast ( example). BGSitLivingCounters.packageThis package has an additional Phong group. Use it if you need transparency like in the pic above. BGSitLivingCountersPhong.package
