The question mark means the referenced textures are missing. The original package must be both in \sims 4 studio\mods and \electronic arts\the sims 4\mods folders.
What is your goal exactly? If you want to just replace the body, you need to delete all areas of it covered by the garment and join it with the garment. If you want the mesh to be see-through, there are a lot of things to re-do and do additionally, so i do not recommend you to do this at all

What I did was remove the weight on chest side, adjust the mesh vertice so by default the chest look already big.
