Hi, so I'm quite confused on how I'm supposed to transfer the texture onto the UV map in blender... I've converted the MMD model into blender (This conversion is free for use outside MMD as seen here), but I can't figure out how to get the textures on the UV mesh to show up in Sims4studio. There's like 6 different BMP files in the browse image area and I can't figure out how I'm supposed to convert these into one texture map??? help :( People who've converted MMD models, what did you do???

Hi, this is Blender 2.76 and the original files are in the link it's free but it is via ko-fi's system. I used demonia_3-straps for this example.

Ohh, my bad! here's the .blend link www.dropbox.com/s/fz7f0eec1xo2pm1/shoesonmodel.blend?dl=0 in case you still need it! I failed to show it, but I already created a new uv map and put it in the space meant for the shoes. I didn't understand how to get the texture to show up though on the UV map, would I have to redo that? edit: Ohh, I feel so goofy! I had 0 idea what baking did/meant, and now I understand that's what I wasn't doing lol Thank you for the link to the tutorial! I think I might end up having to start over because something's gone wrong with the textures, I understand conversions might not look the same as the program they were originally meant for though, right?

Yes. In blender or MMD ( i assume) you can assign a solid color to the mesh and it will interact with the environment ( lights, objects around it, etc). In ts4 the environment is static, so if you will paint the mesh a solid color, it will look flat in game.
I'm looking at textures of the leather and they are just solid black color. I would advice you to re-unwrap the mesh and re-bake the texture from scratch instead of using these because the mesh will look flat. If you will do it, delete one shoe first
Also, before transferring weights, you must delete all mmd ones, otherwise your game will crash. The shoes must be vertex painted with 00ff00 and have a proper uv_1 but you probably did not get to that yet.
