Did you transfer the weights correctly? Which blender version did you use for weights?

Hi. This what happens when you import a mesh affected by skirt bones in a package that does not have them. Clone DressPanels and import it there There are a few other issues: - for the future, either do not use md's buttons or retopologize them, they are high poly; - export the garment from MD as thin and add side and inner geometry only in places where they are visible. Your mesh is very high poly because of unnecessary geometry; - choose a reference that is of the same length or a bit longer. Your chosen one was shorter and the bottom of the skirt received the data from legs instead of the skirt; - when you assign rectangular textures to uvs generated in the square uv space, the latter stretch vertically. You must shrink them to the original size with S Y 0.5; - bigger uvs = better texture quality, use available space more efficiently; - garments with skirt-like bottoms should be vertex painted with two colors ( only quoted text)
