I am trying to add swatches to an item that is in a mod package. It does not give me an option to add things through the studio tab. Is there a way to open up the studio tab somehow or perhaps could someone explain to me how to add new swatches to things using the warehouse. Thank you.

Well, you can, but it's complicated. Have you unmerged the package?

Well, you can, but it's complicated. Have you unmerged the package? i did but the item i am trying to unmerge is not in the file. When i look at the items in the merged package, the object definition is called littledica_sculptTableGENBathTowels_202004071846145143_set1. could that be a reason why its not in the unmerge files? Here is a screen cap of what i see in the merge file: gyazo.com/183537e474cbaf6aec70cee6dbb40f70Here is what I see in the unmerged file: gyazo.com/b8dd872b3248ceaf5320f91afadb697aIm trying to change the bath towels in this mod.

1. Place the merged package in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods.
2. Open S4S > Create 3D Mesh or Selective Clone > Content: Custom > Search: towel.
Create 3D Mesh
Nothing unusual. Just a standalone clone.
Selective Clone
1. Uncheck all boxes except All Swatches, Models, Definitions, Catalogs.
2. Create a new swatch.
3. Go to the Warehouse tab.
4. Remove all Object Definition and Object Catalog resources except yours.
When you're done, rename/move your package to override the merged package.
