Hello! I really need help. I was creating this hair and everything went smoothly, but now I'm stuck. My blend/mesh wont import into Sims 4 studio. I started working on the hair in Blender 3.01 and then swapped over to Blender 2.79 to add weight to the hair etc. I have a pre-made package file that I use, and never had issues with importing mesh. I used the S4Studio CAS tool and named everything how it should be. Alpha : 0003 Clay: 0000 Hat cut 1 :0002 Hat cut 2: 0001 Blender & package. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SX1XvYId-nDgDTf9kpOVVuZD9eqdHOTZ?usp=sharing HELP

Hi. Try the following: - clone any hairstyle, export the blend, open it in 2.79; - select the one that has the cut number 0002, switch to edit mode, select any vertex, and move it far away for the change to be noticeable; - do not do anything else like hiding meshgroups. Save the file, import back in s4s. If the spike will appear in s4s, the plugin works for 2.79 and the problem is with the file. If you will not be able to import, install 2.76b and change the path to it in s4s settings. Open the blend in 2.76b, check if the cuts are present, save even if you wont change anything. Import in s4s again. If the problem will turn out to be with the blend - and you are the 4th person who is having a problem while using this file/tutorial - then do this: - since you have no intention of making hat chops, just clone glasses. Export the blend, open in 2.79; - check what cut number the frame has and what cut number the lenses have; - Append the "clay" and "alpha" meshgroups from your original blend into this one. Change the cut number of the clay meshgroup to that of the frame, give the alpha the cut of the lenses; - delete the frame and lenses, save; - import in the package you started from glasses, save. Also, the hair should have a uv_1 and be vertex painted with two colors to morph as intended.
You can copy the color palette from the maxis hair and import it in your package with Color palette tool: - in the catalogue Shift-click on any maxis hair to select all swatches, create a new package; - Tools - Color palette, Import palette; - open your package started from glasses, Tools - Color palette again, Apply palette to package
