interrupted batch fix broke cc??

So i could really use some help here.... my laptop crashed in the middle of running a batch fix for my cc (specifically, running "disallow cc for aliens"). After i rebooted and ran it again, my game can't start, and i get the error message saying the game is unable to start due to corrupted cc/mods. After some experimenting, i've narrowed it down to something specifically in my cc folder (all of my mods work fine).  I have removed any defaults and the ea no eyelash mod, but the game is still not working and i still get the same error message. i guess my question is, is this because the first batch fix i tried to run was interrupted, and now does that mean all my cc is corrupted? is there a way to fix this?? TY for any help/suggestions!

***EDIT*** I was able to somewhat fix the problem, hopefully this can help anyone else who runs into a similar situation! sorted my cc folder by date modified, removed everything labelled with the date that the interrupted batch happened, and now my game loads fine and i only have to replace/remove some stuff, not all thankfully!
