Hey all! I made some earrings out of hair decor on this hairstyle. It's not a first item I made this way or with a bit of remeshing, but this is the first time I get this problem. Here's a screenshot of how it looks in CAS, while it looks pretty normal in Blender and in Studio. I have tried googling the issue and browsing the forum, but nothing I found helped me solve the issue. Here's Blender file and package file. Thanks for any help in advance!

Hi. When you move any part of the mesh, you need to re-do how it is adapted. For example, if you will move the bow from the head area in the chest area, it will still move and morph like the head instead of the chest unless you will re-do things responsible for moving and morphing. In this case, you only need to re-transfer uv_1 and change vertex paint. - expand rig and make head selectable (cursor icon); - select the earrings, add Data transfer modifier, choose head as Source object, set the rest like in the pic, apply; - select uv_1, zoom onto one earring, press Ctrl, click and drag to select the whole earring beside that uv at the very top, press W, choose Weld; - press G and move that welded uv onto the one that was not selected; - do the same for the other ear; - in vertex paint mode set the color to 007f00 and flood everything with it

Hey mauvemorn, thank you for the reply! I have tried following your advice, but there is a slight problem right near the start... And it's that my uv 1 looks like this, and now I'm not sure what to do, or to be more precise, how to follow your steps :(

You need to transfer uv_1 first for it to look like in my pic. Re-do these steps carefully, paying attention to the underlined text - expand rig and make head selectable (cursor icon); - select the earrings, add Data transfer modifier, choose head as Source object, set the rest like in the pic, apply;

Hm, but I have followed everything... You can see my screen here, this is right before I hit "apply"

See blue UVs button? Click on it Ooooh... I see, it works now, and the problem is solved! Thank you so much for the help Can you please tell me more about the part after the welding, why exactly did I have to choose everything besides the top vertex, why leave that one alone? I want to understand this, so I can solve any other similar problem alone.

when you transfer uvs from the head, the earrings receive them from the closest faces. In this case, the earrings received them mostly from the neck. You don't want the earrings to morph with the neck, you want them to stay the same but also align with the earlobe, right? So you smack all of them into one and put in the area where the earlobe is (the top uv you left unselected). Now the whole earring will morph with the earlobe.
