And using the same exact model in-game, I presume? Is the texture fully opaque (like spray paint) or does it have a different composition setting in the warehouse? You could try playing with it or just clone some socks and import your texture there just to check what it would look like fully opaque If this won’t change anything: In photoshop, does the texture align with the mesh perfectly? For example, the texture of the nosedril ends exactly where the mesh of the nosedril does instead of going a bit in the cheek area? The shape of the eye on the texture aligns exactly with the shape of the eye on the mesh? Well, in the game the shading is not flat and the texture will never look the same it does in photoshop, however, the difference is too dramatic, so there may be something off
