I’m pretty new at using Sims 4 Studio and wanted to edit the Drawerized Counters from Dream Home Decorator expansion. I’ve had no issues with my recolor but have noticed each time I export the texture into photo editing it changes a certain aspect of the texture. This part happens to be translucent glass.
I’ve tested the counters and everything is perfect except for one style (variation) of the counter. It’s an endcap counter that features see through glass but changes to a solid navy color when exported. I know I probably need to change something in sims 4 studio to fix this and was wandering if anyone could give me some direction on that as I’ve never messed with the warehouse option yet.

Hi. My guess is that you export textures in dds but save them with the wrong settings which leads to the loss of alpha channel that is responsible for transparency. If this is the case, you should simple export and import textures in png

I’m exporting the textures in png as soon as they’re exported into my editor I notice the transparent part of the cabinet turn navy. Should I be exporting and saving them as something else?
