- in uv editor press B, click and drag to select uvs of the dress, UVs - Export uv layout. Set the size to 1024x2048, opacity to 1;
- open this image in Photopea, Image - Canvas size, click on the down facing arrow, and change the height to 1024, press Ok, then Proceed, save the image, close;
- open the first normal map(dress), select everything with Ctrl A, File - Place, choose the second normal map(top), click Enter (or choose any tool) and choose Place;
- select everything again, place the image of the uv layout;
- in the Layers tab to the right you can rename layers to dress, top and uvs. You need to RMB-click on the top and choose Rasterize layer to be able to edit it;
- select the uvs layer, choose Rectangular Marquee tool, select the top part of the uvs. Select Magic Wand tool, enable Subtract from selection, click where the arrow is pointing;
- select the dress layer, press Delete;
- select the top layer, choose Select - Inverse, press delete;
- now you can RMB-click on the top layer and choose Merge down to join it with the dress layer;
- ctrl LMB-click on the uvs layer to select its content, Select - Modify - Expand, type 7, invert the selection;
- select the dress layer, press delete, RMB-click on the empty space, choose Fill. Then choose 50% gray and 50%, ok;
- delete the uvs layer, save as png, thats all.
