How do you send a ringbearer or flower pal down the aisle like you see in the trailer

There is the option to walk down or send down but I try that once and it didn't work
cause I'm planning to have 2 teenagers get married once they become young adults and one has a younger sister and plan to make her a flower pal at her wedding so yea and can teenagers do it other then kids cause no doubt the sister will grow into a teenager once her older sister becomes a young adult.
