So basically i just found out a CC file that really suits my flavour, i really like it but unfortunately i don't know how to convert it to blend file for blender I couldnt download TS4 due to my broken computer (the files are too large) Does anyone know other ways to convert the file to blend ?

I'm not sure it can be done without downloading TS4. I recommend getting a USB stick or some other external storage. TS4 is only 15gb, and you can get USB drives much bigger than that for very cheap. I'd recommend a 32gb one just to be safe, and I've seen them go for like six dollars canadian. As for converting stuff to Blender that's as simple as opening the file in S4S and clicking the export mesh button. Though you do need to have Blender 2.7 installed for the export to work. If you don't have TS4 installed you may just end up with an error if you try to open the CC file, but it depends on the file in question.

Hi. You can actually do it without s4s or ts4. There is software that extracts 3d models from packages. I don’t really remember the name (TRViewer maybe? It was somehow related to tomb rider) but if you were to google for conversion tutorials between different sim games, you may stumble across the one that mentions this software or similar
