hi! I altered a base game shirt in blender to make it into a crop top and everything was fine until I loaded it into the game and there was this weird shadow on the sims stomach where the part of the mesh I deleted used to be. I tried altering the shadow psd and I removed the part that made the shadow and it worked, but THEN the sim had black lines around their wrist and neck in game. I'm very new to blender and this is literally the first time I've altered a mesh so I probably didn't do everything correctly. If anyone knows how to fix this issue I would really appreciate it! Thank you

Hi laroppie,
The black lines are probably caused by artifacts in the rgb or the alpha channel of the shadow map. What likely happened is that you only removed your selection from the alpha chanel but not the rgb channels.

Hi. The black lines happen when you import the shadow map in png. Use dds for the shadow map instead
