Hello, I am brand new to posing. So obviously, there is a lot I do not know. Nevertheless, I can not figure this issue out. There is a discrepancy between my pose in Blender and in-game. I understand that we have to select all, press I and click "LocRot". I have tried the other ones with this pose as well, but it won't come out properly. Here's images: In blender. As you can see the reed (or for those you who don't know musical terms, the part that goes in the mouth) is positioned correctly on/in the mouth: However, in game it appears like this instead:
I have the Blend file here (it includes pose objects, obviously I'm removing them before uploading in S4S)

Have you tried the pose on more than one sim? I am no expert in poses or anything and I only make them for my own personal use, but maybe its just the shape of your sims head/other features? Like how in CAS you can push a sims mouth back and nose forward and stuff. Your sim could just have a face different than the blender model. If you try it on other sims and it looks the same then it probably is the pose.
In that case, when stuff like this happens for me, I just adjust the pose. Move the whole flute (or whatever instrument that is) closer the her head. That is the simple fix at least.

You are right. I had tested on multiple sims and thought that I saw the problem across all of them, but then I made one with Face 1 (the same face used in Blender) and it worked properly. So that's the issue. Thank you.
PS The instrument is an oboe. It's a gorgeous instrument! =)
