Is anyone else having an issue with their sims dying from over-heating? Sim is inside with air conditioning on, wearing summer outfit and season doesn't seem to matter. No hot tub or hot drinks, sim is just painting and suddenly has +99 overheating buff. Got a dead sister and 3 dead butlers so far and my main Sim has to keep running for water!

Gotta try the usual... check to see if it happens with or without mods. If it's with mods.. then you'll have to locate the mod offender and remove it. If it's not mods, then you'll probably want to report it to EA answers headquarters.
Is this your own build? or one you got from the gallery? Sometimes gallery stuff can be bugged out. Is this a public lot? You said the AC was on, but is there any fire places about that might be on? Is the place completely indoors? Have you tried putting multiple AC gauges in random spots? Seems silly, but maybe there's an item that's making the room still flagged as outdoors. Is the summer dress actually in the hot weather section?
If it's really bugging you, you could turn the temperature things off in the settings. I know it takes away a bit, but there are bug reports out there for temperature issues.
