Debug objects don't have a tuning/tuningId on their object definition. So how to you create them?
For example, if you want to create collactable items you can get from machines, posters, or custom playable dolls (without overriding the game ones). These type of debug items. And they don't show up in buy mode.
And if they don't have a tuning/tuningId, how do you add them on the other objects's tuning. For example, the machine/doll house from where you would get them?

Hello! To have a debug item you need to change the Dev Category Flag in object catalog to 00000090 instead of 000000800 which will make it invisible in build and buy mode. Debug items do have a tuning ID, you must be looking at the Object Tuning and Tuning Id which makes the item have a different function, to get the tuning ID copy the instance under key in Object Definition then go to Hash Generator inside of Tools at the top left of the screen, paste the copied instance into hexadecimal. The new Decimal Value Generated is the tuning ID! If you don't understand, I'm happy to help!
