Make clone of Debug Object eyedroppable in-game?

Essentially, I want to add Eyedropper/Clone Tool functionality to an object I cloned from a Debug item, but after looking through the Definition and Catalog, I can't find anything that suggests how to do so. I've also looked through a few threads asking similar questions but so far none seem to have an answer.



For note, the object already had its tuning swapped for a slightly-modified version of object_chair_dining and has its DevCategoryFlags set to 00000080 so it shows up outside of Debug in the item catalog, if that helps at all.
