Hi. Either make the mesh double-sided in the warehouse or add the second side manually in Blender to enable them import your mesh and enter the warehouse and select a geometry and go to the data tab, (you will have to do it for each geometry) under materials --> items, click on edit items Now click on add, select the newly added entry, where it says field change it to "double sided" and then change the value to 1 Now just save everything and it should work, it won't show correctly inside sims 4 studio but it should work fine in-game

Apologies, did not notice that was for CAS items. The property that allows a surface to show the image on both sides is in the Model Lod/Mesh/Material Entries/Material Items for each swatch (Variant): It's called Double-Sided and the value that turns it on is 1. The value to turn it off is 0.

Do you have a breakdown version like the first one you sent this one is hard to follow?

How would I add a second side manually?

How would I add a second side manually? Add Solidify modifier, change Thickness. If you do not want the side geometry, disable Fill rim. Once done, apply
