Alright, I have posted this issue before but decided to delete the post and double check my files once more. However I'm posting it again because I couldn't figure it out on my own what is the culprit here. And I'm a little bit frustrated and disappointed in myself.
So here is the hair I'm working outside of the Blender (Ignore small empty spots on the head, they simply appear due to distancing): When I import it into Blender the Mesh looks something like this.: However in game, the mesh has these artifacts all over the hair.: They are all over the place. At first I thought it's because of small transparent spots in the texture, or the gaps between UV shells and texture but it turns out no. I've tested it with numerous texture changes and in the end it doesn't change a thing. It has these weird things still. (Unless I'm exporting it as wrong filetype, i tried with .dds BC3 and .png since game converts it to .dds on it's own from my understanding).
As I said, the hair is still what I'm working on so here is the blender files and package files at current state.:
*If needed I can provide the .obj and .fbx of my imported hair files.
Note.:
What I haven't yet tried is to add Solidify modifier with thickness of 0.001, but I don't know if that will help. The mesh itself has glass shader applied through Sims4Studio.
