Hey everyone! I have the most current version of S4S (3.1.6.1) for Wishes and my game is fully updated to the patch released today, but this issue was happening before I updated. Essentially, when I click the button to "allow for random", the model in the S4S preview window just vanishes. It will remain missing when I try closing and opening the package too, there's essentially no way to get the model back. I make mainly makeup items so I rely on the model for first tests. At the moment I've just moved on making my packages without clicking the button until the end but I'm worried that when I click it, it will corrupt the file. I was going to submit this to the error section but I couldn't reply, plus there isn't an error message that appears. Thank you! EDIT: I just opened some of the files that had the model when I closed them and now there's no model. I have updated to 3.1.6.2 and still have the issue. I have attached a pic here: imgur.com/lx7nbDX

Hi. In s4s settings try to disable Hardware rendering. If won’t help and you have a laptop, check if you have MUX switch and disable it

Hi peachyfaerie, If after clicking that setting, you are consistently seeing no model with that package but not others, please send an example package that has that problem. Also, some errors do not present the popup with the error message. Usually ones that crash S4S without the popup can be found in the Windows Event Viewer (or you can use Studio's help menu option to view these). There are also some that do not crash Studio or create a popup that are still described in Studio's log files located in Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Logs (there is also a shortcut to this folder on the Help menu in Studio). If you find any errors in either of those locations that look like they may coincide with the time the problem happens, please send those as well.

Hey Andrew, my issue is that it consistently happens with most, if not all, of my packages eventually. It happened with 7 out of the 10 packages I made yesterday, all of them either eyeshadows, eyeliners, or lipsticks. The two blushes and one eyeliner do not have this issue. I have attached a link to the package here: drive.google.com/file/d/14Hk_U2LAywTYX9jT7_DltQS5swrTX808/view?usp=sharingI also went through the logs but didn't see an error message that would match up.

It looks like this got tagged for werewolves and Studio is trying to show it as a werewolf. Do you have that pack installed? I'll make the next version of Studio detect this before trying to show the werewolf in the preview. If this is the issue, you should be able to see it if you uncheck the werewolf tag, save, and reopen.

I think I had marked it out of instinct for marking everything in that category.
