I have two items that someone has reported will not show up in their CAS. I've had no other reports of problems from anyone else, so I'm really curious what the issue is. Would some people be willing to try these in their games and see if there is some problem I'm not aware of? First Item: HERE
Second Item: HERE
I honestly have no idea what the issue is, but I really need to figure out what is causing this. Thank you for your help!

Hi. I checked in-game and everything shows up, so that is something on their end. The pants have something behind the wrench icon, definitely not a pack but maybe a gift or something. EF28 in yfBottom_EF28JeansSkinTight implies that the item did not come out 8 years ago with the base game but was added along the way. Maybe their game is not up to date? Everything seems to be fine with the shirt, though, my only guess is that they are looking in the feminine fashion category without removing that tag

I'm super stumped, especially with it being both of my items, so it doesn't seem like it would be a conflict with an existing package on both counts, which was my first fear. She had tried it before Origin forced a game update and they didn't work, now after patching it still doesn't, so maybe her game just super doesn't want to play well with the package files I make. I'm not sure about the pants, I didn't do any mesh editing that I recall, but I've been hanging onto these for a long time. I used the Base Game skinnies, but I couldn't tell you if they were added later on down the line in an update or not. Thank you again for checking. I wish I knew what to tell her or how to make it work for her, she's the only one so far to report an issue like this.

Hmm, "conflict with an existing package" that actually might be the case. The possibility of s4s generating the same identifiers for two packages is very small but it happened before, three times on my memory, so that can be it. However, she would need to look through all of her CAS content to find what this package is merged with or move all content but these packages out of Mods folder, which may take a long time. You can try the following: create a new package with the same name and import your meshes and textures there ( just one swatch for testing purposes ), then ask her to replace the original and check again. If the item will appear, it is probably the identifiers. If this is the case, please get back to us cause this is a strange and relatively recent behavior.

mauvemorn she removed all her cc because her game was having problems after the update, so she tested it with just my packages in and they show up fine, so apparently there was a conflict with both, which is wild.

Hmm, yes, seems like a problem with s4s

Hmm, yes, seems like a problem with s4s That's concerning. But it's also so strange to me that, so far, she's the only person to have any problem like this with packages I've made. None of my testers reported problems and so far no one has come back with issues after downloading. It turns out the jeans with the strange name were indeed Base Game, but added as part of a celebration download about a year ago, so that's the weirdness happening with the name thing XD. I'll keep my fingers crossed that no one else has this odd issue and it's just a very bizarre coincidence.

She probably has a lot of cc and just happened to have the exact packages of other authors with the same identifiers. This might happen again if those packages were downloaded by many people You could remake the packages and re-upload them to prevent it
