Hi friends, I'm resizing a door originally built for medium height walls to make it fit to short walls. I've done this numerous times but I've run into a snag this time. I exported the models, resized all lods/shadows in Blender and imported back into the package. As far as the cutout, I've always followed Syboulette 's guide here.
Here is how the object is appearing in game:
Here is what my cutout image looks like in Blender, and then in S4S:
And I made sure I changed the Minimum Wall Height:
No what makes me think it's using the original cutout coordinates is comparing the cutout from the first image to the cutout of the new coordinates. The new coordinates I added have an additional 2 vertices whereas the cutout in game doesn't appear to have those.
If anyone can offer any advice, it'd be much appreciated.

Hi. It's hard to guess without more information. Please can you share the package?

1//
Your package refers to the original footprint, so the door cannot be placed on a short wall. Create a new package using Selective Clone or replace it manually.
2//
Go to Warehouse tab > Copy the instance of your Model Cutout > Cutout Info Table > Paste it in the BaseFileNameHash field.
3//
Delete the last two edges in your Model Cutout.
