Hey everyone! So I've been following this tutorial for a few months: sims4studio.com/thread/8046/packaging-standalone-cas-edit-studio and I've just been informed that my .packages made with this workflow still have the red/white error with the question mark.
This is my workflow:
- import original files into S4S mods folder
- clone it using "cas standalone"
- click modding > embed all externally referenced resources
- change what I need to in the package (usually just changing composition method, category, and/or display index).
- I've also tried switching around the last two steps but I still get the error
No matter what I do, I just can't get it to work as a standalone, even though I can see the LRLE images get added. It always requires the original file to work. I'm not sure what I'm missing or if I just confused the steps, but any help would be appreciated.
