I have expend the last 3 days searching any way for fix this hair issue I'm having when it comes to Alpha. No matter what I do I always end with the 3D model in-game with this transparency as if it were a literally cup of glass: transparent over transparency. I have follow every tutorial around this web, EVERY ONE about alpha channels and how apply on the game, but no matter what I do it always keep happening the same error over and over again. Here is what it looks in 3DMax (I do transfer to Blender, I have done it before with other non-alpha models and have got 0 problems), with texture & alpha apply and how it looks in-game. It has both the SimsGlass and DoubleSided with a Value of 1. So it is not a Back-face culling error.: imgur.com/6WlS4HW
