Thanks yoshutzo, thats like the nicest compliment i've ever recived, making a gal kinda blush over here. There is a solution you could try. I was really set and wanted to use that round space for my furnitures, but if you dont plan on using that space to place a certain object that your sims needs to get to (example, sofa, bed, table) and lets say you only want some decorations, then you could place a wall "where it should be" and then add some full size windows to "opend" up the area to the windows. Like i said, you wont get to it, but you'll be without the lightning issue. I at a point were going to do just that, but like i said, i already had a vision of how the rooms were going to look so i couldent. (And yeah, i know about the CC hunting thing - I feel like an addict when I start. I can limit myself and say "Only look for CC for like 10 mins, and dont download every nice thing you see, stop and think 'Do you really need this?' and then decied", but DAMNIT it's impossible. Sometimes I can go the whole day, just looking for downloads and never play because i get so caught up with downloading things) LOL

Lol - I do the same, sometimes i just burst out laughing hysterically and my roommate is like "WHAT?!" lol And still after all this time, I have to say "Oh, just something funny I read online" like, dudette, get in the game. Hahahaha I do that too. And funny thing is I almost always forget what I download, I'm like "OH MY GOD THIS IS SO AWESOME I GOTTA HAVE IT!" and then when I add it in my folder it ask me if I want to replace and I'm like "Wait, what?" lol I hope using the technique I said will work awesome for you and yes - Im looking forward to seeing your screenshots of it.

SUGGESTION BOX is OPEN for anything !!! should i keep the dark windows or go on normal color (tho i find it more nice as this :/ ) But I NEED for sure to change that roof ! :(

That looks awesome yoshutzoThe roof you can fix by adding a rounded fence on top of the top floor, then you remove the fence and the ceeling will be rounded. Im not really sure what you mean with the bottom floor thing... Do you mean when you add a new wallpaper it paints both the inside and the outside or....? Or do you mean the floor mixes the directions of the grain(if you just wood, ofcourse)?

If you still wanted to have the rounded roof thing, i made this to explain how to get a roof on the rounded windows.
As for the floor thing, that happends to me often when i rotate the floor and then move the lot or go over the tile with the floor tool. Just rotate the tile until it fits with the others (using ; or and then press the Shift button and click to place the new rotated floor. I hope that's atleast semi-helpful... im kinda tired and cant think, but i hope i explained it good enough.

Woooooow yoshutzo the apartment building completly changed. If that was in real life i dont think anyone would dare to park under the huge overhanging part, lol And me being scared of balconies I wouldnt probably dare to be in entire thing probably, lol. Suggestions about the building? Well... everyone plays their game diffrent - Some like the more unrealistic perspective of the game. I personally like the more realistic perspective, so I wouldent do the over hanging part thing, but its your game and end of the day, its the most imporant that YOU like it. And If you're unsure about lets say the outside, you can always build and decorate the inside, and then base your outside on that. If you still do like the overhanging part, then maybe if you extend the two coloum things all the way down OR you could do a halfwall the colum in towards the other ones, on the this floor, making it look its being helped to be hold up. As for colors or anything, I think they look good, i prefer colorful things, but i think the black and white looks cool, however i think there could perhaps be a little bit more work done on the landscape. Other then that - I think you've done a great job and it certainly is diffrent, which is always cool.
