How to fix? Part of bottom is transparent

So I wanted to have chicken filets inside a clear plastic packet like in the grocery stores irl. Ive tried and failed this before but this time I chose the "taste of tart" bowl of lemons because it has both a see-through part (the vase) and solid (lemons). The filets are their own layer in blender and the plastic top and bottom is on their own layer. 

As you can see, the top is fine, the chicken is fine but the bottom is for some reason weirdly transparent? Like just a part of it but it moves around? Its very weird imo. Any ideas?
