Hey there once more! I just want to ask a question. I decided to do a simple mesh edit of one of the in-game hats, however weird cracks would appears around the sim's face whenever they wear it and Idk why. I'm pretty sure that the hat geom is the same but I could be wrong... Does anyone have a solution for this? Hi. When it comes to shadow maps, s4s converts png to dds in a way that results in those black lines. This issue is resolved in the next generation of s4s but until it is released, you must export and import the shadow map in dds. Clone the original package again and export the original shadow map, then import it in your current package.
