How come some of the batch fixes don't work?

For many versions now, certain CAS batch fixes haven't worked. I just downloaded the newest version, but still, they don't work. The ones I noticed don't work are "Update CAS CC for All Genders," and "Allow CC for Aliens." Also, there are two "Allow CC for Mermaids." So I have to go through all of my CAS CC and fix the tags so that every sim can wear almost everything. Is this something that can be fixed on your end, or is it something that's out of your power to fix?

Edit: "Allow CC for Spellcasters" isn't working either.
