Note: I am a beginner in creating custom content through Blender.. so bear with me please So this was happening before, but it was just the texture on the stomach and you could see obvious gaps near the bottom of the shirt and sleeves if you zoomed in. I went back into Blender because I thought the gaps might have been something to do with deleting the Vertices to clean up space for the UV Map. Loaded new mesh into S4S, and I think I made it worser The package file: here
Any help is highly appreciated, thanks!

ok, do you know how to use blender? since you are a newb, I've never made my own model ever in blender, all I do is edit things with s4s and covert hairs and stuff for kids and or vice versa. but it seams like this shirt is not a normal sims 4 shirt, by the veticies and the uv, but that is not your problem, but one that will arise ok this link shows, the edit I made to the shirt. imgur.com/a/UgfraJxbut the white under the shirt in the back is caused by the uv/ texture image. you texture image does not go with the sims 4 UV. try searching for one. but if you have more questions please ask me

Hi. Hi. Your garment goes below the navel where the upper body ends. You must make sure your garment's uvs do not overlap with those of the lower body - expand the rig, make the bottom selectable (cursor icon); - select the bottom, Shift-select your garment, make sure yours has no image set as the background in UV editor. View - Draw other objects; - you will see that the garments uvs overlap those of the bottom. You must move the garment's uvs away from them
Also, for the future: - in MD model in quads or retopologize them to avoid the "crumpled paper" look - the mesh is vertex painted with the wrong color, should be 00ff00; - delete parts of the body covered by clothing more carefully. It is more convenient to select vertices first, then Delete - Faces
