I need help finding a basic The Sims 4 body model for cc, to use with Marvelous Designer, Blender, etc.
The one by "Cakewaffles" requires you to get access, and based on the comments going back years, people havent had any luck with getting said access..

So where do I find and additional 3D model for MD?

This file contains multiple avatar files for MD. To share multiple files as one link one needs to zip them. This is a .7z file, not .doc. You need a separate program to unzip it.

Download winrar for free and then you'll be able to open or unzip it
