Hey Guys!!! I'm creating a prehistoric save and would like to delete/hide world objects, those objects we can't interact: paper buildings, bridges, tree lanterns, etc... I found this tutorial and tried to follow it: simplifiedmodding.tumblr.com/post/672940097923170304/tutorial-world-deco-object-hidersBut it didn't work for me. Step 1: I used Override and checked Show Debug Items. Step 2: I chose an object. The ruins of The Bramblewood for example. Step 3: I named the file "Enkhanthor_Hidden_CottageLiving_Ruins2" file and saved it inside the Mods folder. Step 4: I selected Warehouse and deleted strings, DSTs, Models, etc., leaving only the Object Definition file. Step 5: Inside the Object Definition, I found Footprint in the Data tab and clicked on edit items. Step 6: I changed the values indicated in instance and Type to 0. Step 7: I saved the files. I tested it in the game and the objects are still there. I repeated the tutorial 2 times, tested a new save and sent an ask to the creator of the tutorial. In the meantime, can anyone tell me what I did wrong? How do the creators of mods like Timeless delete world objects? Is there another way to do this? Help? Yes, I use Tool. I covered The Bramblewood ruins and bridges with Debug stones. But there are things that cannot be covered. For example, I had a medieval save and I wanted to remove the flowers from that abandoned well in the village. So this tutorial seemed perfect, but it didn't work for me. :(

I did some tests and found that in addition to changing the Footprint values, it is necessary to change the Instance and Type values of the Model. This worked for some objects, for others I'm still testing. Tool mod: Hidden Objects: ruins and gate Removing some objects can cause bugs. So tool is still needed.
