Mesh not importing to S4S has correct cut

Hi! Im not sure what im doing wrong here, because I followed Seb's Comprehensive Clothing guide to make this turtleneck and vest top, but whenever I try to import it into s4s it doesn't import when I hit import mesh. When I check the cut number it says its correct, so im not sure what ive done wrong? When I search up guides they all just say make sure the cut number is right, which it seems to be.
