I've had this error also, but I was simply trying to upload an EA model that I had not edited in any way whatsoever.

gramssims when the error mentions the script folder, it’s s4s trying to tell you that something is missing from the blend file but cannot access the text responsible for this message(at least, this is how I understand this). You need to compare the content of your blend with the original one in the package. Same number of meshgroups, correct cuts, each meshgroup must have corresponding bones, each must have a uv map named uv_0, etc. Basically, you cannot replace a shadow plane with a sofa affected by different bones and so on. if you made custom bones, they must be added in s4s first digitalgraffiti blender probably had no plugin in it

If it exported nothing or there is no S4studio mesh tools, it will not be imported no matter whether you will modify it or not. By « before » do you mean using previous versions of s4s or/and blender? Or in previous cases using the same versions?

I mean earlier that day with the same s4s & blender installation. exported, modded, and imported. but with this other mesh i exported, i tried to import it and got the error. Too bad hecause I was goi9ng to try it as a workaround for this problem that Ive been banging my head against for days and days

By « before » do you mean using previous versions of s4s or/and blender? Or in previous cases using the same versions? I'm having the same issue, and it was working perfectly fine until it stopped importing some meshes (throwing the same error as op's, even if I export the mesh from s4s, change it (even simple changes like scaling or adjusting the uv map break it) and import it. I'm still using the same s4s and blender version (most recent s4s, 3.3 blender) as I was when it was working. EDIT: gramssims does this fix it for you? I HAVE MANAGED TO FIX IT, THANK THE GODS2.7 meshes weren't throwing an error, but they also weren't actually imported, so I decided to wipe everything and try again. This is what fixed it for me: (Some of this might be unnecessary, but it fixed it so oh well): - Uninstalled s4s and every version of blender I had installed
- Wiped the s4s documents folder
- Downloaded and installed Blender 3.3.0
- Downloaded and installed S4S 3.2.0.3
