I am done with creating some poses, but when I try them out ingame theyre not positioned right. I dont know what Im doing wrong. This is my file link

Most likely you moved the entire rig. When you want to reposition a sim you need to move the rig by b__ROOT_bind__ bone. If you use existing IK rigs (like the one from Kijiko) they have specific rules about how to use them. You need to read the instructions to these rigs or ask original creators how to use rigs.

You need to read the instructions to these rigs or ask original creators how to use rigs. do i move the entire rig in object mode, edit mode or pose mode? and do i move it to the orange dot? because there are 3 people in my pose so wouldnt it look weird if i moved them all to the same spot?

What kind of rig do you use? Is it exported from Studio or IK from another creator?

Move them in the pose mode and do not forget to loc rot the bones again after moving.
