Hi! i'm only beginning to learn mesh editing and i'm combining a fullbody outfit with a top. it was going well until at some point these pixel-y areas in the neck appeared.
(exporting the mesh to a new package file after replacing the mesh part fixed the issue!)
I tried deleting the neck mesh and appending the top again and adding that part of the mesh again, but the marks are still there. i don't think it's a texture issue, since messing with the diffuse layer or making other texture layers blank did not fix it.
i'm a bit frustrated at the thought of starting all over anyone have tips for how to fix this or how to avoid it in the future?

Hi. We would need to see the blend and package files to know for sure, multiple problems can manifest themselves this way. Upload them on a file sharing website like mediafire.com and share the links with us please

There is definitely something double, you need to delete this: Delete the rig.001 and rig.002, nobody need this: Also on the right side: Also parts of the hand and in the stomach area there are mesh you don´t needed: s4studio_mesh1 and s4studio_mesh4, delete them because they are under the clothes: I didn't find anything double in the front neck area. I just looked at the blend file now. Did you try to append a nude top mesh for the neck area?

Sorry for the missing pics. Now you can see it. I would test another mesh, maybe is something wrong with the ea mesh. It´s not the first time. And I would take a mesh with one cut. The LingerieCorsetLaceSides have one mesh cut.

While there are overlapping parts in the arm area, there arent any here, on the neck. If you were to export the blend from the package and select vertices in this area, youd see that the uvs are messed up. There is no sign of that in the blend you shared. Well, you can just delete the neck area completely and replace it from the original mesh

odd, i have tried replacing the mesh in the neck area multiple times and they still show up. bit frustrating because the dress is fairly functional otherwise.

try restarting a package or cloning something else exporting the mesh to a new package file did remove this issue!
