I cannot find these S4 basegame assets in my game at all and I'm wondering if I should be able to! It is a set of Rhinestone Jeans and a random swatch for basegame sweatpants.

I saw a streamer using the jeans recently and went looking for them in CAS but couldn't find them. I turned off all my CC but still nothing. As a last resort I checked available EA CAS assets in S4 Studio and they are definitely in there under basegame (it's where I got the pics from and I also discovered that the sweatpant swatch is not showing up in the game either) so I'm at a complete loss why I can't see them in my actual game.
Before I post anything on AHQ I wanted to check here first in case the jeans are like the coloured Plumbob Mood lamps I often see streamers use, which are only in folks basegame if they purchased Sims 3 packs. Does anyone know if these Rhinestone Jeans are a similar kind of perk and only available if I'd purchased a particular pack/item/etc in the past? I own every S4 pack except Vampires, Werewolves and Journey to Batuu. Or is there an error in the game somewhere which is why they are not showing up?
I've been playing the game for a year and spend hours in CAS and have never seen the jeans in my game, so their disappearance has not been caused by a recent change or update as far as I'm aware. In S4S the missing jeans are known as yfBottom_EF12JeansRhinestone_.
I'm not bothered by the one random sweatpant swatch not showing up, however according to S4S the missing swatch is numbered 16 and its name is yfBottom_EF11Sweatpants_SolidPurpleTealYellow.
I hope this all makes sense and if anyone can advise me as to why these items are missing from my game (and maybe how I can fix this) I'd be very grateful!
