I want to make a Collar. Tried several tutorials and successfully made the effect in tutorial. But the elastic collar I want is more flat than the tutorial one. If use the elastic effect in the tutorial to collar. It looks a bit similar to ruff. Have tried to search for different tutorials and other creator's mod. Seems didn't find any. So I am not sure whether can achieve this effect in Sims. The question seems a bit silly. Thanks for help in advance.

Hi. We would need to see what you achieved so far. But you need to lower particle distance on that pattern dramatically

Hi. We would need to see what you achieved so far. But you need to lower particle distance on that pattern dramatically I have tried to lower particle distance and I have achieve the effect in tutorial. But it just doesn't look like my ref image. My ref image seems more flat. Have tried to increase the height to make it more flat but the result is messy. MD

yeah, too low poly. Drop it all the way to 1, just for these collar patterns Save your file before that, just in case it will crash
For the future, when you need really really fine wrinkles like that, it is best to make the avatar bigger. At least twice as big
