You need to transfer weights like this You should also vertex paint the mesh with black to prevent morphing

I use blender 2.70 but I have changed to 2.76

For now, transfer weights like you did before in 2.7. Alternatively, delete both versions, install 2.79, do everything there (don’t forget to change the path and export something)
