Help with my mesh edit~

Hello, I need some assistance on this top I'm working on that came as part of a skirt/shirt combo with Get Together. It seems that I have the floaty squares of death and I have no idea how to get rid of them. I've tried deleting doubles and the shirt explodes in game when opened. I used S4S 2.6.1.5 (Sugar) to edit this and photoshop CC 2015 for my texture editing.
