Hi gnerdsimmer, it is possible. You need to get the mesh from the object by cloning the object and exporting the mesh. Then you need to clone an accessory and swap the old mesh for the object mesh and assign it to the appropriate joint(s). You will need to remap the object so it fits into the same spot on the CAS composite map as the original mesh and you will need to vertex paint the mesh. To learn more about accessories in general you can take a look at the start to finish accessory tutorial we have in the tut section. There's also a tutorial there that shows how to change the joint assignment for an accessory item.

Hello, orangemittens! Recently i tried to convert the accessory using the tutorial you mentioned, but i didn't do the vertx paint :( i don't know if that's why the mesh is far away from the body when in cas...

If it isn't staying connected to the part of the Sim you want it to be connected to you need to assign a joint for it. There is a tutorial in the CAS/Pose tut section that shows how to change the joint assignment for an accessory like this.

By "swapping" she meant that you should import your mesh with the correct cut number. The tutorial on my last post explains this step by step.
