No DDS DXT5 Option?

You choose to save as DDS, and then in the window that pops up you get to choose what type of DDS to save as. DTX5 Interpolated Alpha is one of those.

If you're importing into S4S and don't need the DDS for anything else, you can save as png and not worry about it anyway.
