How to remove object placement restriction?

I'm trying to convert the elevators from City Living as a decor object that can be placed in any lot. The only problem I have so far is that the elevators have a restriction that only one elevator can be placed in the lot. How can I remove that restriction so I can place more elevators, for example, so I can place one elevator above another one in the level above?
