I made something, but it has some weird spots in CAS. All the fancy maps (Normal, Specular, Bump.. etc) are blank. The texture doesn't show these spots.

Upload the package somewhere and someone can have a look, if its not the material its the mesh, most likely the UV

hi! It'd be more helpful if you share the .blend too You need to fix the seams by selecting the mesh / or the parts that specifically have the issue by holding L and hovering over each one to select it and "removing doubles" It's easier to see how the mesh will look exactly in game if you change the shader to smooth and the material to solid like i show link.

Have you linked the previous blend or the one you fixed? You have to go over all the places of the clothing (not the ruffles) that have issues and press L to select each part. unfortunately, the mesh is really broken as far as seams go so you'll have to do manually all the fixes and there's no magic step to fix everything at once. You'll have to do the same for skin parts such as neck , arms and legs on all groups too. Remember to change the settings that i show on the link i shared on my last post to see things properly. Once you've fixed the "general issues" you can zoom in and manually fix the small details. I show how to do that here. For the issue on the front leg, you have to zoom in, select the vertex and move it a bit to the side by pressing G and moving the cursor.

The bumps in the mesh are due to the way the mesh has been made- it's not completed smooth and/or you have parts overlapping in your mesh. Refer to inabadromance's post above.
