Hello everyone! I have been looking for info about this problem for all day and no results. I don't know if anyone has ever had a problem like this before... In some objects, or in some object textures, I can see some lines that appear and desappear. It's not the graphic card, as it's not in all objects. I have done everything to fix the mesh: edge split, remove doubles, make sure that the object has one uv map only... So now I'm desperate. It seems to be the texture.. I don't know... I really hope someone can help me out! imgur.com/i5vF1XYimgur.com/3VKrHfQIf meshes are needed, just let me know...

hi! that's unfortunately a problem caused by the graphic card. Usually higher end ones, that are "too good" for the game. That's what i've seen in my dash, and from a personal experience. But maybe someone knows more about that.

Thank you for answering. Unfortunately, I did some checkings and yes, It is a graphic card problem. so, next question should be: could anyone please download the file and check on your own game if you can see the lines too? The reason why I ask this is because I can only see those lines on those two meshes (by me). All the other meshes are just fine. app.box.com/s/exay4n68mqvcb18ayr8o9actnjl5l6go

I used to have a really bad graphics card when I first started playing TS4 and it never happened to me and when I upgraded to a really nice one it started happening. I also read what inabadromance said, about the card being "too good"!

What sort of graphics card is it,mines pretty good and I can't see any flaws Well, mine is nvidia 960. But I can only see those lines when I set it to "ultra". But the weirdest thing is that's just those two items. All the other things are just fine. BTW, those lines seem to be the mesh lines. I checked it on blender and it matches. I don't know..

Ive got an alienware gaming laptop, its got like the second biggest laptop gfx you can get (well it did have at the time of purchase, I might look into that) however I just did a comparison bench mark thingy, yours is overall better, generally speaking not by a lot in most regards BUT it craps all over mine in
Peak reflection handling (+65%) Lighting effects (+55%) Reflection handling (+69%)
Also 18% better texture detail
So it seems like you's were right in graphic card assumption.

I got this computer a couple of months ago, also a gaming one.. I know it might be something caused by the graphic card, but I can't stop thinking that textures are related. Maybe something related to dds. I don't know...

Nope, it isn't due to textures.. that's just how the game reads the models in my experience and from seeing others comment on it.
