Not an expert, but it looks like changing enabled to disabled in lines 9 and 16 would do it.

Hello, Could You upload the package file please ?
I'm assuming that the CC outfit has a "Nude outfit" Buff which contains "Nude reactions broadcaster" which triggers the gasping reactions

And yes,it sometimes triggers it. the gasping reactions glitch or trigger were sometimes forgot to be patched. (Sorry if i get this wrong.) |

You can stop them by using a mod..i think?
You should look up to see other mods,if those mods or don't have,you have to deal with it then,i'm sorry.
