Toddlers not aging up, anyone know of mods that cause it?

The title is pretty clear i think, lol. I threw a birthday party for my toddler after working hard to get all her skills leveled up so she'd get a trait and after blowing out the candles she just...didn't age up. She stood there for a while and I couldn't save as usual so I figured maybe it was just simulation lag but things went back to normal after a few seconds and she remained a tater tot.



I'm planning to go through my cc eventually to find out what the problem was, but first I was wanting to know if anyone knows of anything causing this issue as thatd save a LOT of time & hopefully help others with the same issue c:
