Hello guys^^' i had actually finished my frist hair *--* but theres something i don't know yet, and is the shadows, i don't know how can i put it, is possible per blender? or is texture?@_@ how my hair have a bang on forehead it looks really strange without a shadow on it x-X if someone can help me i will be grateful=D pls, ignore my bad english, but you can also help me if i said some word in the wrong wayxD thks

Hi kinha, EA uses the shadow image (texture) for that. I think it should be possible to bake the texture with Blender as long as the hair is not an alpha hair although I have not tried this myself.

You can try out this tutorial from theslyd. Remember that this will not be displayed on s4s preview, only in game.

thanks for the answers ^^' hum, but that means i need a mesh on the forehead to ''print'' the shadow in it D= by the way i will choice without the shadows, i take look in some hair from my favorite creator, and he also do not use shadows on his hairs creations and istll a awesome creation *-* but thank guys, now i just need to take away the shiny xD

You don't need any mesh, the texture of the shadow will override the body skin. You don't need anything to loose by seeing how it looks.

Worked!*^* thanks very much^^' also, in the way i take some problems, and i maked some changes in the tutorial. I used a image from the uv above the baked shadow(wich was strange x.x) and gradient e blur! i got good results! Thanks very mutch again i finished the hair now for the first time=D"
