As i've mentioned earlier, transfers (both weight and uv_1 aren't perfect, so you shouldn't feel bad for meshes not acting 100% how they should. It is bound to happen). I suggest you, if you want, re doing both weight & uv_1 from scratch. (deleting weights prior) and following this tutorial for smooth and better transfer. This can be applied to uv_1 as well. As for the shadow, please check this tutorial. I highly suggest you having clicking "smooth shade" in object mode to see the changes right away, and limit selection unticked. As shown here.

Ok, I got rid of the bottom shadow, definitely filing that away for future use, but all the other issues are still happening. When I tried redoing the weight transfer I suddenly got a floating triangle and my weight paint won't let me paint...I need some help here are the last files. package: simfileshare.net/download/196232/blender: simfileshare.net/download/196231/

What floating triangle? Can you post a picture, please? Also what game item did you clone for creating this .package? Also I checked your uv_1 and no wonder you get a distortion on sleeves and back. It didn't transfer well. Just clone any base game long dress and compare EA's uv and yours and you will see the difference.

Ok :-S so I know the triangle is an unweighted face, I just can't find it (it only show up in game). I cloned EA's long spaghetti strap dress. I tried transferring other dresses like a Beo wedding dress and the uv_1 comes out the same way. The arms don't transfer at all, I am so frustrated...

Alrighty, I did the weight transfer AGAIN and the data transfer AGAIN but this time I played with the settings until i got something decent. Spent a few hours manually moving the uv_1 and all I have left are the small sleeve caves. So close! I just need to find the right spot for the armpits and i should be golden. Finally. Thank you for all the help

You might want to manually fix the weight by going into weight mode and changing the brush to blur. Then go through each bone to see which one you see looks odd. Particularly, spine2 around the breast area, probably spine1 too and clavicles from both sides. I tried to brush it myself but it isn't changing.. so not sure if it's my blender or the file. Either way, again, you're looking into it too much and it's only going to cause you anxiety. It doesn't need to be perfect, specially when is causing you that many issues trying to fix it. But that's my honest opinion.
