hi! Be sure that the edited version matches the same amount of groups (and cut numbers) as the original mesh. If you're "deleting" parts of the mesh, be sure to at least leave plane hidden inside the body.

hi!^^I have seven groups but if I remove the empty ones that I think do not need, I always say that missing uv map but if I'm going to remove all goes well in s4studio but in the CAS me from that defect to the hand that I have shown in the image depends on what?

Could be weights or vertex groups. It's not enough to have weights defined in a vertex group, you also need to select the right vertices. Anyway, they best way to fix that is:
- Delete the hand on your mesh. - Isolate the hand on the orginal mesh. - Import the hand on your cloth mesh. - Merge the two objects then delete double vertices.
Should fix the problem easily.

You should not delete any groups from your blend, or else the original parts will remain the same.
If you could explain exactly what you edited from the original mesh, that would help.
If you prefer having all the mesh in one group, then clone a different top (tank top) instead and import your mesh.

from the original mesh I removed the part of the neck and arms in order to stay naked the part above as a habit I replaced it with bare tops and removed the group 1 4 6 7 because correspond to parts of the sleeves and collar that I wanted to take off, joined together mesh of the bare top mesh 5 changed the cut from 0005 to 0004 that corresponds to the cut collar

As i've suggested you earlier. The groups and their cut numbers have to match exactly the original mesh. Please check that, specially the group you're having issues with that is the hand.
I've also suggested you cloning another top that has only 1 group, so that you can join all the groups you have in your blend and probably make it easier to import.

I don't understand the last .blend you shared. That certainly doesn't match the original mesh, so if you'd like to use that .blend you'd have to clone another outfit that has 3 groups like yours. Also, the cut numbers are not right if you want it to be like that. There should by 0000,0001,0002.
Clone a simple outfit (base game short dress). Export it and check how the groups and its cut numbers are composed and make your blend match that.

hi!! thanks for your time'! it is true the original shirt has seven groups but I deleted those holding empty ones I think were going well, but I'm wrong because as you told me you have to export and import the right number of groups and cut!if you do not ask you too give me an example with some image? you can better understand? I'm a little 'tough! ahahaha!

I'm pretty sure you understand what i'm saying now. You shouldn't guide yourself on images, but export both original mesh and your mesh to compare them and see what parts you're missing. You have to try and do the things i'm suggesting you before asking for better explanations or else you'll not understand it properly. I gave you two suggestions above, you should try one or the other.
